About the Program

The Association of Fundraising Professionals St. Louis Regional Chapter, Grant Professionals Association St. Louis Regional Chapter (GPA), and Nonprofit Marketers Network–STL are collaborating to host the 2024 Nonprofit Professional Roundtables. 

At this event, you'll be able to network with a variety of nonprofit professionals and select the sessions that most interest you. We'll have advanced professionals (those with 15 years or more of experience) from AFP St. Louis, GPA St. Louis, and Nonprofit Marketers Network—STL host conversations around some of the biggest challenges we face as nonprofit professionals.

This session will be an overview of understand marketing data and how to use it to guide your marketing strategy. We will dive into important metrics and data for marketers, including social media, email marketing, website analytics, conversion rates, audience insights, and much more. Feel free to bring along any data that you would like to better understand!

Chelsea Boyles is a digital marketing manager at Centerstone, a nonprofit behavioral healthcare organization, with more than 8 years of experience in marketing. She specializes in digital advertising and email marketing. Chelsea is a member of the American Marketing Association and Nonprofit Marketers Network STL. Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in Communication from Saint Louis University.

Rachel D'Souza is the founder of Gladiator Consulting, a boutique firm serving nonprofits across the country. Through Gladiator, Rachel has served as an innovator and pioneer in the Community-Centric Fundraising (CCF) movement, a global initiative to reimagine the nonprofit sector through a lens of radical collaboration, racial equity, social justice, and decolonization, and is a member of the CCF Global Council. Additionally, Rachel is currently the president for the AFP STL.

Laura enjoys managing corporate relationships at the Saint Louis Art Museum as Institutional Giving Officer. Her past work includes Development and Communications with MindsEye, Events at the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum, and Experiential Marketing with Switch. Laura serves on the Board of the Nonprofit Marketers Network as Membership Committee Chair.  In her first career, she traveled and performed as a professional actress for 10 years after earning a B.A. in Theater and Biology from WashU.

Come learn how to find great grant contractors, how to assess their experience, get clear on what your organization really needs, and ask your burning questions about working with grant contractors!

Fielding Jezreel specializes in helping nonprofits plan and apply for federal grants. She is a trainer, coach, and federal grants wonk. Fielding has worked in the grants field since 2013 and has raised over $75 million for nonprofits. She has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and is Grants Professional Certified (GPC).
