Marketing & Communications |
Implements and reviews all communications activities for the chapter, including public relations, website updates, and electronic communications. Contact: [email protected] |

Annual Conference |
Plans and organizes the one-day professional conference featuring multiple education tracks and speakers. Identifies topics, secures speakers, and works on communications and logistics. |

Fellows & Scholarship |
Implements the chapter’s Fellowship and scholarship programs. Solicits new applicants. Selects awardees and provides networking opportunities. |

Membership |
Helps recruit, retain, and orient members through interaction, events and other activities. |
|
Mentoring |
Identifies mentors, and matches mentees, communicate regularly with current mentor/mentee pairs. |

National Philanthropy Day |
Implements all activities for National Philanthropy Day, including selection of recipients for the chapter’s annual Awards for Philanthropy and invitations, speakers, logistics for the National Philanthropy Day Luncheon held each November. |

Programming |
Plans and implements the monthly programs for luncheon presentations, including selection of topics and recruitment of speakers. Implements extended educational sessions 1-2 times per year. Implements three series of fundraising seminars each year, including selection of topics, recruitment of speakers, and marketing of programs. |

Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) |
Develop and implement initiatives and programs within the chapter that explore and promote inclusion, equity, diversity, access, and anti-racism within the philanthropic community. The committee's work centers on dismantling both overt and subtle structures of oppression—including racial injustice, ableism, classism, sexism, and heterosexism—across ideological, institutional, interpersonal, and internalized levels. Collectively and individually, we are committed and focused on connecting people to resources, promoting accountability, facilitating transformative conversations, and supporting meaningful change across the philanthropic landscape and our communities. |

Advanced Professionals |
Promotes the involvement of experienced professionals in the chapter and ensures programming is in place to fulfill the needs of this constituency. |

Sponsorship |
Solicits support for underwriting of the chapter’s programs and activities. Implements donor recognition. |

Emerging Professionals |
Plans and implements programming geared to emerging professionals and those new to the field of fundraising. Contact: [email protected] |
