What are the sponsor benefits of each level?
How can I maximize my organization's exposure?
The first way to maximize exposure is to commit as soon as you're able!

To further maximize exposure, submit your logo (EPS, GIF, PNG, or your highest resolution file) as soon as possible to [email protected].

Are there any important dates that I should remember?
July 14: Secure your sponsorship by July 14 to guarantee access to all sponsor benefits. After that date, every effort will be made to honor sponsorship levels, but time-sensitive benefits cannot be guaranteed.
July 14: Submit any applicable ads for the Program Book. Ads submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed for inclusion in the Program.
July 21: Submit any applicable sponsor videos
July 31: Submit all registrant names
August 3: 2023 Gateway Conference on Philanthropy
As a sponsor, how many registrant attendees come with my package?
Presenting Sponsorship Level – 10 Registrants
Leadership Sponsorship Level – 6 Registrants
Navigator Sponsorship Level – 4 Registrants
Pacesetter Sponsorship Level – 2 Registrants
As a sponsor, when do I need to submit all registrant information by? How should I do that?
Please submit all registrant information by July 31, 2023. Please include the registrant's first and last name, as well as their organization, email address, and any food restrictions or ADA concerns.
My sponsorship includes an ad in the Program Book. What are the ad sizes?
My sponsorship includes a 30-second sponsor video to be shown before the morning keynote. What is the submission deadline?
